This policy applies to lyftkon.com, admin.lyftkon.com, api.lyftkon.com, gym sites we host (including subdomain sites on lyftkon.com and custom domains pointed at LyftKon), and the member and trainer portals. LyftKon is a product of Kredmaxx Technologies FZE (“we”, “us”).
Gyms that subscribe to LyftKon are independent businesses. They decide how they collect and use their members’ data. For that gym data, we typically act as a processor on the gym’s instructions. For our own marketing site, accounts, and billing, we act as a controller.
1. Information we collect
From website visitors and gym owners
- Name, email, phone, gym name, and messages sent via our contact form or email.
- Account details for CRM, admin, member, and trainer logins (including hashed passwords and session cookies).
- Billing and subscription information for the LyftKon plan (processed by our payment partners).
- Technical logs: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
From gym operations (on behalf of the gym)
- Member, enquiry, staff, and trainer records the gym enters — names, contact details, attendance, memberships, payments, notes, photos, and similar gym-business data.
- Messages the gym sends through the platform (email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notices), according to the gym’s own settings and providers.
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the LyftKon product and support.
- Create and manage gym and platform accounts, and process plan billing.
- Reply to sales, support, and billing enquiries.
- Detect abuse, outages, and unauthorised access.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
- Host and process gym data solely to run the service the gym subscribed to.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use gym member lists for LyftKon’s own marketing.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Infrastructure and email delivery providers that host or send on our behalf.
- Payment processors for plan invoices and gym payment integrations the gym enables.
- Communications providers (SMS, WhatsApp, email) when a gym connects them.
- Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the service.
- A successor entity if we reorganise or transfer the business, with appropriate safeguards.
Staff at a gym see data according to roles the gym owner configures. Members and trainers only see what that gym’s portal allows.
4. Cookies and similar technology
We use essential cookies for login and security (including session cookies such as gz_token). We may use basic analytics on the marketing site to understand traffic. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; the CRM will not work without session cookies.
5. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the gym or platform user has an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, disputes, and legal retention. If a gym ends its subscription, we delete or anonymise tenant data within a commercially reasonable period unless law requires a longer hold. Contact records from lyftkon.com/contact are kept as needed to handle the enquiry.
6. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation so one gym cannot access another gym’s database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Gyms must use strong passwords, limit staff access, and keep their own devices safe.
7. International processing
Kredmaxx Technologies FZE is established in the United Arab Emirates. Data may be processed in the UAE and in other countries where our hosting and subprocessors operate. If you access LyftKon from another country, you understand that information may be transferred to those locations.
8. Gym websites and your rights with a gym
Each gym can publish its own privacy notice on its LyftKon site. If you are a gym member, contact that gym for access, correction, or deletion of your membership records. We will support the gym where the request relates to data we host for them.
If you are a gym owner or website visitor dealing with us directly, email support@lyftkon.com to ask what we hold about you, to update it, or to request deletion where we are the controller and no legal exception applies.
9. Children
LyftKon is sold to gym businesses, not to children. Gyms that enrol minors are responsible for obtaining any required parental consent and for complying with local law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
